【小穎美食】89歲奶奶經常這樣吃紅豆，不打豆漿不熬粥，營養解饞，越吃越精神

今天用赤小豆分享一個非常養生又好吃的做法，需要準備：赤小豆、黑米、紅糖、紅棗、麵粉、玉米麵、糯米飯、核桃、牛奶、土豆澱粉。這樣用赤小豆做出來的小豆包吃起來軟糯Q彈，一口咬下去有核桃的清脆，紅棗淡淡的香甜。
